Genre-blending duo Yuphoric are an Isreali-born, Berlin-based act comprised of decade long friends Yuval and Ron. Their latest offering “Letters from Sardinia” is created in the true collaborative spirit of the project, featuring friends and collaborators Mike Nasa and MERON.
The soundscape, which combines bossa influences and lush guitar loops over a down-tempo trap beat, lays the foundation for the vocalists to lyrically explore relationships through the lens of unrealistic expectations and false narratives.
Yuphoric’s upcoming debut album “The New Normal” is a mix of genres and sounds – from face melting drums, to cinematic instrumentals. In contrast to their first EP, this album is a compilation of featured artists that bring their own influences to the table creating a wide spectrum of styles to the album.
