NINA NESBITT SHARES THE ORIGINAL FESTIVE SONG ‘CHRISTMAS TIME AGAIN’

The big day is a little over a month away, and Nina Nesbitt is getting the Christmas party started as she unwraps her original new festive song ‘Christmas Time Again’, which is released alongside an accompanying video.

With ‘Christmas Time Again’, Nina has written a song that puts her personal perspective upon the season, an instantly relatable snapshot of heading home for Christmas and Nina’s ideal Christmas; snow falling, pulling up on the driveway with the Christmas lights shining, the family gathered around the fire, and a big Christmas Eve night out in the town you grew up where you catch up with those people you might only see at this time of the year. It’s all delivered in a package of pleasingly uplifting pop-rock, with sleigh bells and choral vocal harmonies adding to its easy-going charm.

Nina says, “I’ve always been a big fan of the festive season and dreamt of writing my own song. I’m so excited to have written ‘Christmas Time Again’ this year, which is a step-by-step guide to my ideal Christmas! Think driving home to a small town, going to the pub and hearing this song played by the local band on Christmas Eve.”

The accompanying video for ‘Christmas Time Again’ matches the fun of the song. It sees Nina leading a gathering of old friends for a night of singalongs, shots and karaoke chaos.

Christmas is also a time of reflection and there have been some standout moments in Nina’s year. Her ILLENIUM collab ‘Luv Me A Little’ climbed to the summit of the US Dance Radio charts, her own single ‘The Best You Had’ became her first BRIT Silver-certified track, and her co-write for South Korean pop sensations IVE (‘Classic’) went to #1 on Billboard Japan’salbum chart as part of the ‘Wave’ EP. She also co-wrote Kito’s track ‘Cold Touch’ which used AI to replicate virtual guest vocals from Grimes, and teamed up with Ben Earle of The Shires for ‘Make It Easy’.

Most importantly, Nina has spent much of her time writing brand new music… but more on that will follow in 2024.
