The Keaton at Brier Creek Now Open for Leasing

Raleigh’s The Keaton at Brier Creek, a joint venture development between Woodfield Development and American Asset Corporation, is officially open for leasing with move-ins slated for later this month.

Brier Creek is the largest master-planned project in the Raleigh/Durham metro area with an 800,000 square ft. open-air shopping center that combines retail, entertainment and restaurants. Centrally located at 3920 Macaw Street, The Keaton is in the heart of Brier Creek Town Center and is the first apartment community with direct sidewalk access to Brier Creek Commons Shopping Center.

The project spans eight acres and includes an 8,000 sq. ft clubhouse, a main resort-style pool, fitness center, courtyards, dog park & spa, outdoor grilling area & dining spaces, game room, rooftop sky lounge and terrace, car wash station, electric car charging station and detached garages. With a total of 264 units, residents can choose between spacious studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.

The Keaton is being developed in one of the most central locations in Brier Creek. Located on a heavily pedestrian-oriented area, neighbors will include the new Westin hotel among others. Future phases of Brier Creek Town Center are in the planning stages that will add to the mixed-use, pedestrian-oriented, urban focus of this phase. We are looking forward to welcoming the first residents to this state of the art residence with an unbeatable location, explains Paul Herndon, President, American Asset Corporation.

The interior design, concepted by interior design firm Shelton Taylor, boasts custom designed floorplans with luxe apartment features and elevated appliances & finishes.

The amenity heavy property is extremely luxurious in terms of design. High end comfort was a top priority. We have incorporated several “WOW” moments via artwork and more that will be unlike any other property in the area, explains Katherine Hawks|RID, Vice President of Design Development, Shelton Taylor + Associates.

Centrally located to the entire metro area and the Research Triangle Park, which boasts the largest concentration of jobs in the area, The Keaton places residents in the perfect position to discover the dynamic energy of Raleigh-Durham for work and play.
