So Long Storyland

So Long, Storyland is comprised of singer Sophia Preston and songwriter Andrew deBuys. We take our inspiration from New Orleans’ own Storyland in City Park and seek to represent New Orleans and Southeast Louisiana culture in a unique musical way.

We are currently working on a concept record, a song cycle for our city, that spans its history, geography, its triumphs and tragedies – blending folk, bluegrass, pop, rock, electronic and orchestral music together to tell our story.
