Taana Rose’s New Single– “Unexpected Love” is Heartfelt Passion
Taana Rose’s new single Unexpected Love makes your blood rush to your heart. Warming, passionate and entrancing, Unexpected Love is Evanesence 2.0. With soft flowing vocals, awesome synthesized touches and masterfully melodic piano, the song will leave you with chills. Great start to this young lady’s career and I highly recommend.

Biography
TAANA ROSE is a multi instrumentalist singer/songwriter who plays guitar
and synthesiser, while performing with a Launchpad using electronic
vocal looping. Her latest single _UNEXPECTED LOVE_ is set to be released
on the 9th of March. _UNEXPECTED LOVE_ is about heartbreak, giving up
and the unexpected nature of love.
_UNEXPECTED LOVE_ explores how one sometimes gives up on life and love
and then out of the blue, an unexpected love comes along and changes
your life for the better. It’s about surrendering to life’s bigger
plan and coming to the realisation that we are not in control; and that
there is a higher power that one must learn to surrender to. A
collaboration between TAANA ROSE and MATT SORENSEN, _UNEXPECTED LOVE_
saw TAANA writing the lyrics and vocal melody while MATT produced the
track. The vocals were recorded at ArtofAudio in Byron Bay, Australia,
while the instrumental track was produced at MATT SORENSEN’S personal
studio.
TAANA has completed a Bachelor of Music Technology at the Queensland
Conservatorium Griffith University, Australia. In 2017 TAANA performed
two improvisational electronic music sets at the Queen Street Mall for
The World Science Festival, in a trio with MATT SORENSEN and BLAIR
JOHNSTON.
Developing a passion for music at a young age, TAANA began playing
guitar when she was 12. She grew up in a musical household where
Vangelis, Karunesh, Stevie Wonder, Xavier Rudd, India Arie and Sarah
McLachlan were played daily. In 2012 her first single _CAREFREE DAYS_,
an acoustic original, was recorded in Byron Bay. In 2014 TAANA ROSE
began studying Music Technology at the Queensland Conservatorium of
Music, Brisbane. She began playing the synthesiser, using Launchpad and
creating vocal loops at this time. The ELECTRONIC MUSIC ENSEMBLE had
various performances utilising electronic instruments in conjunction
with Ableton Live. They performed in the Conservatorium Theatre,
collaborating with the Conservatorium Wind Orchestra and The Band of
Frequencies in 2015 and 2016.
