New single HIT N’ RUN from Swedish pop/r&b artist Mikaela

Mikaela expressed her love for music early on singing in a gospel choir at 6 years old. By age 17 she was discovered by Swedish producer RedOne (Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, Enrique Iglesias, Michael Jackson, etc.) and launched her career in a girl group. After parting ways with her former label, Mikaela started focusing on her solo career performing all over Europe alongside well-known artists such as Nelly, and Ryan Leslie.

Today, Mikaela is an accomplished singer, a sharp songwriter and impeccable dancer. Her figure skating background and 4-year dance education at the established “House of Shapes” turned her into an exceptionally creative dancer. Her sound depicts a polished soulful vocal with an in-your-face attitude lounged in unpredictable and sonic urban textures combining into a unique but familiar vibe.

She recently made the Swedish national news after releasing her book titled “Om jag bara vore lite smalare” where she came clean on her struggles dealing with anorexia growing up.  She made appearances on Swedish TV and radio, advocating for young women, empowering them to believing in themselves, and helping fight the forever growing issue of body shaming and stereotypes.
