Anna Straker and Gabrielle Aplin revisit their recent collab ‘Good Days, Bad Days’ by sharing a new Chilled version of the track. The first live performance of the song finds the two artists sharing their creative chemistry and enjoying the moment. Their two-part vocal harmonies and minimal instrumentation give this version a laidback and spontaneous atmosphere, offering a subtle twist on the original.
‘Good Days, Bad Days’ and Anna’s previous single ‘London Knows’ will both feature on her new EP ‘Growing Pains’, which will follow in November. The EP is her first to be released under a new deal with Never Fade Records.
Having recently extended her Spotify following to 250,000 monthly listeners, it seems that Anna is in the perfect position for her career to take off. After taking some time away from the spotlight, she’s now back and prospering with a bold new electro-pop sound and a confessional lyrical approach.
The opening chapter of her career began when producer Mike Spencer (Years & Years, Emeli Sandé) recruited her to perform on tracks from Rudimental. Her debut EP ‘Serious’ followed, earning airplay from Annie Mac and a set at Glastonbury.
