Making an entrance with sassy, finger-picking guitar notes, braided with groovy R&B vocal synths, DEJA’s badass, confident and feminist lyricism has a place to burst. Based around the theme of romance but from a fresh angle, men take a back seat for this one, as defiant DEJA writes a love letter to herself. Revealing her powerful morals in the track, it’s quite clear how self-pity is a no-go zone for DEJA.
