Freddie Gibbs and Madlib are teaming up yet again. After sharing “Flat Tummy Tea” back in February, the duo have officially announced their new joint album Bandana. The follow-up to Piñata will arrive in its entirety on June 28 via Keep Cool/RCA and Madlib Invazion/ESGN. The record boasts guest appearances from Pusha-T, Killer Mike, Yasiin Bey, and Black Thought.
Ahead of that, though, Gibbs and Lib are sharing a new cut from the tracklist, “Crime Pays.” The impeccably smooth track arrives with a cinematic Nick Walker-directed video that depicts Gibbs as a prosperous (and low-key tyrannical) zebra farmer.
