‘Cinnamon’
Lost Woods are a five piece indie rock group, hailing from Adelaide, South Australia. Comprising of an eclectic mix of soaring vocals, jangly guitars and a driving rhythm section. Cinnamon marks a change in sound for the group. Moving towards a more ethereal and delicate soundscape, compared to the early 90s inspired indie rock, previously released by the band. ‘Cinnamon’ pays homage to the childhood friends who’ve stayed with you your whole life. As adults,you may have grown up to be very different, but the shared experiences make it an enduring, unbreakable relationship
Moving from strength to strength, Lost Woods’ previous single, ‘Vodka Ocean’, received national airplay on Triple J and gained huge support from community radio, street press and music media across the country. ‘Secrets In Our Sleeves taken from their self titled debut EP, was a finalist in the 2016 Vanda and Young song writing competition. Latest single ‘Cinnamon’ hopes to build on this success.
