NOAH SLEE SHARES ‘STILL’ AND ANNOUNCES HIS HIGHLY ANTICIPATED EP “TWICE”

Noah Slee continues to impress; following the release of single ‘Soulflower’ having garnered high acclaim from a vast array of music tastemakers including Radio 1’s Annie Mac and Clash magazine, the Berlin resident, New Zealand native now delivers another captivating listen in the form of ‘Still’.

Experimental in its approach, Slee is in fine form with his own individual style of contemporary R&B. Single ‘Still’ see’s Slee’s smooth, soulful vocals collide effortlessly with a colourful backdrop of playful yet subtle production, gently cushioning reminiscent lyrics. The track is a clear reminder of Slee’s unique, intricately crafted artistry and solidifies him as an artist firmly on the rise in an undeniably promising direction.

Speaking on his newest release, Noah shared: “Still is uncomfortably embarrassing… I guess we’ve all been there though!!!  It was a fun process writing this song. I love when a song comes so easily even if it’s a little sad. With this one I was trying to write a song that is more confronting or personal with a really upbeat melody and rhythm. It’s a nice contrast.”

An emphatically musical being in every sense of the word, the Tongan crooner’s incredible discography, which includes his award winning 2017 album Otherland, has seen his stock rise exponentially. Two world tours under his belt and peaking interest at festivals such as SXSW 2018, Slee’screative flair has seen him venture into the worlds of visual-art and dance, helping to produce the 2018 short-film, …and so, we move to Otherlands, which combines music, dance and aesthetic videography.

Looking ahead, expect a full EP to arrive on November 22nd, crafted largely by Slee and the help of other renowned international creatives – from fellow Berliner Ben Esser to London talent Beau Diako and Lvther as well as Hiyatus Kaiyote’s Paul Bender and Simon Mavin. Noah Sleeis as determined as ever to thrive in the creative process and produce audio masterpieces that move through genres while doing so.
