Following on from his critically-acclaimed recent releases “Glitter & Gold”, “Crashing Waves”, “Perfect”, “People” and “Oxygen” London-based singer/songwriter RØMANS delivers the seventh instalment of his new EP “PEOPLE”, with the stunning “Be Fine”.
The emerging artist made significant waves since his signing to Jay-Z’s Roc Nation imprint, releasing two recent EPs ‘Silence’ and ‘Automatic’ to critical acclaim across heavyweight tastemakers including the likes of PIGEONS & PLANES, THE FADER, CLASH and WONDERLAND for his unique vocal and innovative, textured instrumentals.
“Be Fine” continues to illuminate RØMANS more playful side – with a falsetto that recalls Prince’s innovation alongside a distinctly 80s soul-tinged, big band backdrop.This is RØMANS at his most flamboyant. The track itself details the human tendency to turn to denial but acts as areassurance that despite facing up to denials, things will be fine.
Currently working with the likes of Khalid, Ella Mai and Demi Lovato, RØMANS continues to define himself against the current pop landscape – unapologetically smart, talented and with this new release, destined for further column inches this well into 2019.
