Unveiling a softer, more sentimental side, SOFY shares her thought-provoking single ‘btw’
Known for her forward-thinking witticism and observational lyrism, SOFY challenges what we understand of her already as she peels back her humorous layers and reminds us that behind every laughed-off quip is an element of seriousness, meanwhile, proving her musical versatility.
Growing exponentially throughout 2022 and only 18-months into her music career, SOFY, has already played a packed out Glastonbury tent (see here), had single ‘Big Talk’ feature on the FIFA Soundtrack (2023), receive widespread support from BBC Radio 1 including ‘Track of the Week’ / world premiere with Future Pop, and perform an iconic BBC Maida Vale session. Support from the press world has shown continual impress, with praise from Colors, Wonderland Magazine, Notion, Dork, The Line of Best Fit, Metal Magazine, Noctis Magazine, and DIY Live.
With her sold-out headline show at Omeara on the horizon this November 30th, SOFY is amply prepared given she has already taken to multiple stages across the UK including, the iconic Glastonbury (see here), Latitude, Leeds, The Great Escape, Boardmasters, Truck Festival and even took to European stages as she performed at Reeperbahn, Germany.
An additional opportunity to see SOFY live next year has been announced with her next headline show at Layfette, March 2023, for those who missed out this side of the year – tickets here.
SOFY’s EP ‘Bored In Colour (Pt.2)’ will release on 6th January 2023.
