A stellar vocal performance from IMPVLSE’s lead singer ranges from tender and sincere, to powerful and glaring. Mazare clearly had a lot of fun on the production of the track, as heavy distorted guitars are layered with uptempo Drum and Bass inspired percussion. Unholy’ is sure to ensnare fans of Rage Against the Machine, Evanescence, and Bring Me The Horizon.

Mazare shared the following: “As with all the tracks in this EP, the goal with “Unholy” was to blend my two favorite genres, metal and drum and bass. This one is specifically inspired by Bring Me The Horizon and their ability to shift seamlessly from heavy riff sections and screams to super catchy, big chorus sections. I tried to recreate that structure and feel while writing the song, and IMPVLSE absolutely nailed the performance on both the clean sections and the heavy ones.”
