Three artists and college friends–Charlie Dane, IDALIS and Thalia Kabbani–came together to write a catchy, playful track dedicated to Malibu Barbie.
Charlie Dane has been writing, recording
and performing music since the age of 10, and started producing music and music videos while getting her production & engi- neering degree at Berklee College of Music. Born and raised in Oyster Bay, New York, she moved to Los Angeles in the summer of 2022 to continue to pursue all of her creative endeavors.
Her sound has evolved from acoustic singer/songwriter to a more polished pop/RnB/hip hop sound, all while honing her music production skills. She finds so much fulfillment in being a part of the entire creative process, from writing, recording
and mixing, to music video shooting and editing,
