COLOURED CLOCKS Release ‘Hey Now’ Single

Coloured Clocks are a collection of four psychedelic humans who are willing to play their brand of pop music for your lovely ears. Hey Now is their latest single, swelling with groovy psychedelia and pop hooks that will squirm their way into your wonderful brain.

With a broad influence including elements of funk, art rock and experimental pop, Coloured Clocks have had every success on blogs in a world before time began. Coloured Clocks are now ready to bring their music into space for this day and age, with their groovy and psychedelic pop hooks on their new single Hey NowColoured Clocks are a force to be reckoned with for now and the future, put some whiskey in your water and some mustard in your dinner.

Their latest track Hey Now, might about things going on around you, while not really feeling included. However, the meaning is up to you, the listener. Imagine a catchy vocal hook, chorused guitars, snappy snares and handclaps, a funky bridge, flanged backing vocals and a groovy outro. The track is lifted from the album Raspberry Caravan which is the bands exploration into more upbeat psychedelic pop.

Coloured Clocks is the solo recording project of James Wallace. In 2011 the project began as a way to fill in time between Maths assignments. Since then there have been six albums and two EPs released to the world, for anyone who may stumble upon it. Each has contained different forms of psychedelic pop, with elements of funk, art rock and experimentation formed into song structures. No matter how outrageous, Coloured Clocks are creating catchy melodies set to psychedelic sounds.
