Coma Row
New Wave/Post Punk band Coma Row has two new demos out that are quite striking. The songs are very electronica grounded, lots of synths with an energetic rhythm section. Both tracks have a definite 80s New Wave vibe that are reminiscent of New Order. “Criminals” features a fluid bassline that snakes through the somber vocals and expressive guitar flourishes. “Famous” delves in the topics of social anxiety and isolation while delivering a bright melody with dynamic percussive fills. In addition, the production is very good, nicely keeping the sound crisp and clean. If you like Joy Division, New Order or the Cure, you’re going to enjoy this band.

Coma Row began in the living room of Andy Buchanan’s house in County Durham, England. The band is now based in Dubai, regularly releasing demos of new songs, has four members and a growing fan base.
