‘Green’ is the debut single from Daniel Steer’s forthcoming solo album due for November release and is a personal confession of hiding behind social media’s filter.
Daniel says, “Green is about change, moving on and letting go of the past regardless of what others think and facing your demons head on. It’s personal but for me it is positive and reflects where I am now”. Lyrically the song tackles some dark moments, yet it is a song of hope and redemption, of taking back control and it makes for uplifting listening. As frontman and songwriter for rock band Reigning Days, Daniel’s music has been played in the UK and internationally on BBC Radio 1, Radio X, Amazing
Radio, Planet Rock, Virgin and Kroq and he has had tracks in the Top 10 in the Kerrang!, Scuzz and MTV charts and was Number 1 on Apple Rock.
