narou & James Chatburn Release 'Oblivious' Single

Vienna born producer & singer/songwriter narou and Australian producer and artist James Chatburn have teamed up to create their new single ‘Oblivious’, released on Friday, 22nd February.

After crossing paths in 2018 in Berlin, James Chatburn and narou were drawn together due to their shared strong collaborative spirit. The two are both currently releasing various singles with different producers and artists and are excited to share ‘Oblivious’ as their first joint release.

‘Oblivious’ is a soulful, yet driving taste of electronic rnb, featuring smooth duet vocals from the producer/artists as well as complex and detailed layers of percussion and melody. Steel pans and piano arpeggios interact with textured percussion to create a lush soundscape, laying a foundation for lyrics reflecting on feelings of uncertainty in a tumultuous relationship.
