Oruam is an Italian record producer, songwriter and DJ currently based in Perth, Australia. Looking Straight is Oruam’s latest single.
Oruam started working on Looking Straight while on vacation in Broome, he was locked up inside a hotel room while a cyclone was happening outside. The track features a mix of dance elements, from the soft intro to the breakdown and the different lead sound of the drop. Somewhat heavier than Oruam usually creates, his sound is continuing to evolve and develop.
DJing since the age of seventeen, moving from one city to another, Oruam began to evolve into a producer. Self-taught, he gained motivation to continue his passion after seeing people reacting to his music. After spending many years producing and making music for himself, he recently decided to share his work and gain exposure in the music scene. The Australian based producer gets inspiration to make electro-pop through the hours spent in the studio and life experiences on a daily basis.
Getting back into performance is a priority for Oruam, with upcoming shows on the way.
