‘Dance Like A Tory’ is Professor Green’s manifesto in song, a playful prod at the privileged politicians who believed that they’re too important to follow the very rules that they made. Propelled by the kind of hook that takes just one listen to stick firmly in your consciousness (“Ain’t a party, it’s a work event… Ain’t a rave, it’s a work event!”), it’s full of the Professor’s razorsharp rhymes: “Nobody cared about care homes, they should’ve all been in their homes / Instead they were all ’round Boris’, all getting down with their Doris’.”
Professor Green teased the song on socials a few days ago, generating 45,000 views on Instagram as well as the attention of Charlie Sloth and Example.
