Rising London-born Folk artist Seth Tabatznik unveils his latest single ‘Let Go Of Fear’, out on December 12th, 2025 via Moth Music (Mother Of The Heart). This follows the release of recent singles ‘Shining For Love’ and ‘Choose To Be Alive’ which received support from tastemakers such as CLASH Magazine and EARMILK. Having only begun releasing music in 2024, Seth has already garnered over 100,000 streams across platforms and counting. His foray into the live circuit has also proven successful, with a sold-out debut performance at Boschendal Estate in Cape Town, South Africa, and a sold-out show at Green Note in London’s Camden district. Gearing up to release a second album in 2026, it is clear that Seth Tabatznik is one to watch in the Indie Folk landscape.
Raised in London and now based in South Africa’s Western Cape mountains, Seth’s artistry is deeply rooted in both place and purpose. His acoustic folk and medicine music carries a reverence for the earth, weaving soulful harmonies and heartfelt lyrics with an authenticity that bridges ancient wisdom and modern sound. Mentored by Nick Mulvey, who played a formative role in shaping his forthcoming album, and inspired by his guitar teacher Rainer Scheurenbrand, Seth’s compositions reflect a unique synthesis of guidance, lived experience, and spiritual exploration. His next offering will ensnare fans of Bon Iver, Novo Amor, and Sleeping At Last.
‘Let Go of Fear’ is a wintery departure from the more guitar-led indie folk of Seth’s previous two singles. Vast yet intimate, the track glides atop rich strings and twinkling piano as Seth’s vocals tenderly float above, softly inviting the listener to shed their fears.
Seth shared: “Let Go of Fear is a cover of a Nick Barber song: Heart’s Mystery. Its a song I fell in love with and adopted over the last few years; as passed onto me by my guitar teacher Rainer Scheurenbrand. I’ve sang this song round the world, in ceremonies, in singing circles and at festivals as an audience singalong and am grateful to be sharing this personalised recorded studio version.”
