The Lifelike Project is made up of Michael Kofoed and a variety of musicians who collaborate with him to perform and create music that will stick in your core. The latest single from The Lifelike Project, February, is a hard hitting, passion fuelled, melodic rock fix, with catchy melodies and a big chorus hook that everyone can sing along to.

Michael has performed with some of Australia and New Zealand’s biggest acts in previous bands and projects and for the last 10 years been refining his craft as a singer, songwriter and storyteller. The Lifelike Project from the very start was designed with no boundaries and by the pure definition of the term, ‘Lifelike’ is exactly what this project is about, something vivid, something real, something honest, and most of all something that everyone can relate to.

The Lifelike Project isn’t just an alias for solo artist either, there is a loud and abrasive edge to this sword and after many years of jamming, recording, and touring with musicians from all over the country it became an obvious choice for Michael to revisit his roots and start writing with a band, a rock band. Catchy melodic and hard-hitting rock is just another chapter in this ongoing journey that is The Lifelike Project.
