Eighteen-year-old singer/songwriter Zhavia has released her new single “17” today via Columbia Records. The track was co-written by Zhavia, Hit-Boy (Drake, Kanye West) and RØMANS (Mary J. Blige, Alicia Keys) and was produced by Hit-Boy. Zhavia opens up like never before on this deeply personal single about the struggles she faced during her upbringing and the drive it took for her to succeed. Check out the lyric video HERE.
“17” follows the release of Zhavia’s duet with global, award-winning artist Zayn of the classic “A Whole New World” from Disney’s Aladdin. The song is featured in the film’s end credits and on the Walt Disney Records soundtrack, which went straight to #1 on iTunes. Aladdin is currently the #1 film around the world.
