London based producer Duskus releases ‘Let Go’ as the second single to his highly anticipated EP ‘Healers Vol.1’, this April 21st
After breaking onto the scene in 2015, Duskus quickly asserted himself as a creative wonder. Collaborating with DJ Mag for his first live show live show and receiving incredible support from Spotify Viral 50 USA, Duskus continues to garner millions of streams on contagiously catchy solo releases and collaborative releases with the likes of Taska Black and San Holo. Now on the cusp of his second EP, Duskus has just performed at Coachella 2022 on the famous Do LaB Stage.
‘Let Go’ sees a change in sound for Duskus, as he channels his love of 2000s UK rave music into his production, reminiscent of earlier raves he attended as a teenager.
The 25-year old’s take on the rave sound of yester-year takes influence from Overmono, DJ Seinfield, Tourist and Fred Again and sees a new chapter for Duskus’s sound with an emphasis on captivating rhythms and minimalism, under what he calls ‘romantic rave’.
The release will be accompanied by the launch of Duskus’s monthly event series ‘Romantic Rave’ inspired by how he describes the lush sound of the upcoming EP, the event will headlined and hosted by Duskus as he forefronts this modern sound.
